Would your party support the inclusion of social and economic rights in a Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland and if so, what would be the benefits?

Without doubt there must be social and economic rights in any Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland. If we are serious about tackling poverty and social exclusion then we must set a basic standard that every citizen can expect from the government and if not then be able to hold the government to account.
